Staff and Leadership

Keith Johnson, Pastor
   Keith has been pastor at ECC since 1991. He and
his wife, Nina, have two daughters. Originally from Minneapolis, MN, he attended Wheaton College with further studies at North Park Seminary. Keith came to Helena in 1979 as a youth pastor. He later served as a missionary in the Congo from 1984-1991.

Matt Randles, Associate Pastor for Worship and Discipleship
Matt came to ECC in the spring of 2003. He and his wife, Merideth, have two daughters. Matt studied music at Central Washington University and later attended Fuller Theological Seminary. He is originally from Seattle but now enjoys life in the Rocky Mountains.

Karen Wing, Director of Church Operations
Karen has been attending ECC since January 2006 and recently joined the staff. She has lived in Helena for 32 years but grew up all over the U.S. as the daughter of a career Air Force father.  She is a graduate of Carroll College with degrees in Accounting and Business Administration and is a CPA.  She and her husband, Clyde, have one grown daughter, Lauren.  In their spare time they enjoy traveling and exploring new places.

Heather Jones, Director of Children’s and Youth Ministry
Heather moved to Helena from Missoula in the summer of 2004. She was brought on staff in July of 2005. She brings a diverse ministry background to the church and has a degree in Elementary Education from the University of Montana.

Lora Brown, Administrative Assistant
Lora is a Helena native and attends Carroll College as a full-time student.

Doris Sparks, ECC Preschool Teacher
Doris has a degree in Early Childhood Education from Montana State University and has been a preschool teacher for over 20 years. She and her husband Rick live in Helena and are raising their four children.
